Ordered new gear or accessories for you steed? Anticipation levels rising with every passing day? We have been there and we completely relate to that feeling.
It is our assurance that we will do everything we can, to ensure that you receive your order at your doorstep at the earliest.
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page as well. While we will do our best to ship the products as soon as we can, there is a possibility of the shipment reaching your door-step late due to conditions and reasons which are not under our control. Delivery times vary depending on the state you are located in and the carrier that is used to ship your consignment. Delivery can be expected within 5-6 business days in most cities/towns and in 10-12 business days in areas that are difficult to serve. Delivery timeline is exclusive of weekend or holidays.
Note: While we and our associates do our best to package the product(s) in the best possible way, we suggest you to check the package for any kind of tampering or damage before accepting or signing off the POD receipt. In case of any discrepancy as above, kindly DO NOT accept the package and let us know the details through email or phone.
Please note that shipping costs being charged are as per the actuals of the carrier partner. For orders where the total amount is more than Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand), shipping is Free!
You may be charged an additional octroi or tax from your local governing authority.
A confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent once the product(s) are shipped out to you. You can also view all these details under "MY ACCOUNT" top menu, once you login.
The package can then be tracked on the carrier’s website with the tracking information sent to you. Please note that tracking information is updated 18-24 hours after the shipment is collected from our store or our associates’ warehouse, hence the online details might be visible only after the stipulated timeframe.
As much as we would love to cater to our friends overseas, orders placed on our website are for customers based in India only.

Returns and Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction is our main motto, and we at Let’s Gear Up would be more than happy to assist you in case of returns or replacements as per the policy stated below:
Products will be considered for the stated policy, if and only if:
- The product is completely unused. Even if the product(s) is used for a few minutes or 1-2 Kms over a ride or short spin on your motorcycle, the product will be considered used.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The return or replacement request should be brought to our notice, within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
- Bike care products do not fall under this policy, unless the wrong product has been shipped from our end.
- Items/products that do not meet the above terms, will not be considered for a return/replacement, and will be sent back to you.
In case of a damaged or defective product or if an incorrect product (in terms of size/color/model), is shipped to you from our end or by our associates, our customer service team should be intimated of the same, within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the product.
The product should be shipped back to us/associates in proper packaging and through a reliable courier service. Loss of product/damage during transit will not be our responsibility and the customer would be liable for the same.
Upon receipt, the replacement product would be shipped to you.

If the size ordered by you happens to be unfit, our team would be glad to assist you with the right one, as we strongly believe that riding gears should be of optimum fit for you as a rider.
Please ensure the product is in order (as per terms mentioned above) and sent to us or our associates in a proper package and through a reliable courier service.

How to create Returns/Replacement request:
- Go to "MY ACCOUNT" after you have signed in on the website
- Under the Orders section select the "Return Item(s) button for the specific order
- Select the product you wish to return
- Select "Return Reason" and "Return Action" and submit the return request
- We will assess the request and approve the return
- Once return is approved, you can ship the product to our Office address mentioned in the Contact Us page
